Aperio – Real Estate Website

A modern real estate website built around trust, clarity and human support

Aperio Real Estate is a Belgian real estate agency based in Braine-l’Alleud, positioning itself as “une immobilière à la page qui s’adapte à votre Histoire”. The website presents the agency as a modern, human and service-driven real estate partner, with a clear focus on property sales, rentals, free estimates and personalised support for owners, buyers and tenants.

Our goal was to create a digital platform that reflects Aperio’s core promise: making every real estate project feel structured, transparent and personal. The website needed to be more than a simple property catalogue. It had to communicate expertise, generate qualified enquiries, showcase available properties and reassure owners who are preparing to sell or rent out their property.

The Challenge

Real estate is a high-trust market. Visitors need to quickly understand who they are dealing with, what services are offered, how the agency works and why they should make contact. Aperio’s website therefore had to balance two priorities: immediate property discovery and strong reassurance for owners.

The site also needed to support multiple user journeys. A visitor may want to browse properties for sale, search rental listings, request a free estimate, sell a property, rent out a property or learn more about the agency. The navigation was structured around these clear entry points: “Nos biens”, “Nos services”, “Qui sommes-nous ?”, “Contact” and “Estimation gratuite”.

Strategic Approach

Our strategy was to position Aperio as both a professional real estate expert and an accessible human partner. The homepage introduces available properties directly, while also guiding users toward the agency’s core services: selling, renting, buying, leasing and estimating a property.

The message “Qu’un nouveau chapitre s’ouvre ou qu’une page se tourne, votre propriété a de la valeur” gives the brand a more emotional and memorable tone. It transforms the real estate transaction into a life moment, which is consistent with Aperio’s wider storytelling around homes, chapters and personal projects.

Property Discovery & UX

The property catalogue is placed at the heart of the website experience. Listings are immediately visible from the homepage, with essential information such as price, property type, location, number of bedrooms and surface area. This allows users to quickly identify opportunities without unnecessary friction.

The structure prioritises practical action: users can discover all properties, request a free estimate, contact the agency or explore selling and rental services. This creates a direct conversion path for both acquisition and lead generation.

Service Pages Designed as Trust Builders

The “Mettre en vente” page uses a clear 10-chapter process covering estimate, sales file, preparatory visit, presentation, advertising, visits, follow-up, negotiation, compromis and after-sales service. This editorial structure makes the agency’s methodology concrete and reassures owners by showing that the sale process is handled step by step.

For rentals, the site follows the same logic with an 8-chapter journey: estimate, rental file, presentation, advertising, visits, follow-up, lease contract and after-rental support. The content highlights legal reliability, long-term yield, tenant selection and administrative assistance, which are decisive concerns for property owners.

Brand Storytelling

Aperio’s identity is built around proximity, professionalism and the idea that every home has a story. The “Qui sommes-nous ?” page presents the agency as a team determined to make clients’ real estate dreams a reality, with an emphasis on transparency, enthusiasm and personalised guidance.

The team presentation adds credibility by showing named agents, their roles, contact details and IPI numbers. This strengthens trust and makes the agency feel approachable, rather than anonymous.

Marketing & Conversion Focus

The website was designed to generate qualified leads from several points of entry. The “Estimation gratuite” call to action is present prominently, while the service pages guide owners toward contact through reassuring explanations of the process.

The site also integrates key credibility elements: agency address, email, phone number, social links, company information, IPI approval details, professional liability and guarantee references. These details are especially important in the Belgian real estate market, where regulatory trust and professional identification matter.

Result

The result is a clear, professional and human-centred real estate website that supports both property search and owner acquisition.

Aperio’s website positions the agency as a modern real estate partner able to guide clients through selling, renting, buying or estimating a property with structure and care. The platform combines property visibility, service explanation, team credibility and conversion-focused calls to action into one coherent digital experience.
