The client is responsible for ensuring that participants are available, equipped and authorized to attend.
Any cancellation, postponement, change of date or change of scope must be agreed in writing.
If a client requests substantial changes to the format, audience, content, duration or objectives of a workshop, Game Spirit may issue a revised quote or additional invoice.
11. Orders and Registration
An order, registration or booking is considered confirmed when:

- the user accepts these Terms;
- payment is successfully processed, where applicable;
- Game Spirit sends confirmation by email or through the platform;
- or a written commercial agreement is accepted.

12. Prices and Payment

13. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Custom preparation work, strategy work, research, planning or content creation already performed may remain payable.
16. Rescheduling and Cancellation by Game Spirit
Game Spirit may reschedule, postpone or cancel a live webinar, consulting session, workshop or training due to technical issues, illness, force majeure, low attendance, platform failure or operational constraints.
Where possible, Game Spirit will offer an alternative date, replay, credit or refund depending on the type of service and applicable legal obligations.
Game Spirit is not responsible for indirect losses caused by postponement or cancellation, such as lost business opportunity, travel costs, missed deadlines or internal organizational costs, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
